How long do things go on consignment?

Generally items are consigned for a 3 month period. If the consigned item doesn't sell within the first 2 months, it may be reduced in price to help achieve a sale. Once your 3 month period is coming to an end, we will contact you with a collection deadline.

How do I know if my items sell? Will I get a notification?

We do not send notifications when your individual items sell. You may call or email us during store hours for an update on your items otherwise we will contact you at the end of your consignment period letting you know if there's money and/or returns to collect.

I missed the collection deadline for my item. Can I still retrieve them?

If you are unable to contact us before the collection date, your unsold items are subject to relinquishment as agreed upon in the consignment contract. If your item has not yet been picked up by our relinquishment affiliate and is still on premises, we will happily return it to you.

I don't have time to retrieve my items before the final collection date. What should I do?

Please give us a call. We are happy to hold your items for a few extra days if arrangements are made before the final collection date.

How do you price my item?

Our knowledgeable staff sets the selling price of consignment items at approximately 30% – 40% of the original retail value. The market dictates our pricing, and after selling thousands of items over the past 30 years of establishment, we have built a unique expertise regarding what your designer items are worth.

What percentage will I receive on my item?

If your item sells for up to $1,999…you receive 50%
If your item sells for $2,000 to $4,999…you receive 60%
If your item sells for $5,000 to $8,999…you receive 70%
If your item sells $9,000 and over…you receive 80%

When can I have my items assessed?

Consignors may drop-in with no appointment needed. During most business hours, a staff member can review your items on the spot; however if a qualified staff member is unavailable, you can leave your items with any associate. We will review your items within 24 hours and follow up by phone call.
We are open MONDAY – FRIDAY 10.00 a.m. – 5 p.m. THURSDAY 10.00 a.m. - 6 p.m. and SATURDAY 10.00 a.m. – 4 p.m.
